Ariel Tiana

Born and raised in Southside Virginia, Ariel Tiana is a photographer and digital content creator currently based in Columbia, South Carolina. At a tender age, photography enabled Ariel to capture life and family moments—an experience that developed into a core belief: every person should have a portrait.

Throughout the years she began to further her skill set and push her own creative boundaries by organizing and directing fashion and editorial inspired photoshoots. Her natural curiosity about human development and personal connection led Ariel to embark on an ongoing personal project, Converse and Connect—where she photographs, converses, and connects with people who are also creating their own way.

From serving in the military to shaping small minds, Ariel’s experience working with diverse groups of people translates through her ability to help every person in front of her camera feel comfortable.
