PARK(ing) Day is an annual event when you can temporarily transform metered parking spaces into public spaces. This year’s PARK(ing) Day is Friday, September 15th, 2023. The theme is – Pick one word to say what your park will be open for! One Columbia’s Park is Open for Arts and Culture!

One Columbia Public Art Roster Application
The One Columbia Public Art Roster is a curated list that serves as a resource for One Columbia public art selection committees and as a reference for external organizations and private entities. The Roster may be used in combination with an open ca or as the sole resources for identifying artists/teams for a project when the requirements make it useful; an expedited selection process; need for a specific skill set; or a curated opportunity. This application process is used to add new artists and teams to the pre-qualified list. . Each applicant’s portfolio, interest in working with One Columbia, and community engagement experience are factors in this review process. This application is open to all types of Public Artists including those who make standalone works for the public environment, muralists, media artists, artists who focus on engagement through ephemeral artwork, and artists whose design practices can be integrated into buildings or landscapes.
