Yuhas & Dancers Community Hour

Yuhas & Dancers, a local Columbia-based SC dance company, is launching a weekly community hour through Instagram Live, beginning this Thursday, April 16th. Each week Artistic Director and Founder, Meredith Yuhas, will interview a Y&D dancer or SC-based artist to discuss adapting work and life as an artist since COVID-19. The hour will also include a short body-mind experience for all ages and movement backgrounds to do, specially created to deal with the stress and anxiety of our world. Our hope is that this time will deepen our connections and create a culture of care OFF STAGE until we meet again. Tune in Thursday’s at 5pm to @yuhasanddancers on Instagram Live.
