Workshop - Crochet Basics

Learn the basics of crochet in this 4 hour workshop.  During this workshop students will be provided with the skills necessary to understand crocheting.  Once these basics stitches have been completed students will be able to understand directions and continue on their own making works that will inspire others.  Some items covered will include understanding basics terms, how to read patterns, what do hook sizes mean; why so many types of yarn and other things necessary to craft this art.  Workshop will be held at Edisto Discovery Park, 1914 Wiley Street, Columbia SC on Saturday March 25 2017 from 12 to 4 pm.  Registration fee of $20 is due by March 10, 2017.  Class size limited to 12 students and all ages are eligible.  For more information contact Brenda Oliver at bloliver@columbiasc.net
