The Beautiful Lie- an Installation by 6ixx and Sunday Morning

Picking up where 6ixx and The Ugly Truth left off, The Beautiful Lie is a collaboration between 6ixx and the artist Sunday Morning which will create an environment that is welcoming to uncomfortable conversation. Featuring paintings and video works,The Beautiful Lie will ask the audience to critically examine and analyze socially accepted (norms or truths).

The exhibition concept was developed to instigate a deeper exploration into how individuals are identifying themselves under the current architecture of society. Exposing the constructs of consumerism, generational wealth, immigration, sexuality, masculinity, and policing culture, the exhibition will examine the role that heroes/idols play in supporting these constructs, the country and society at large.
