Founded in 1992, the celebration is the longest-running event honoring Anita Hill for her courage in testifying against now-Justice Clarence Thomas before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee in 1991. Our mission is to inspire and encourage people to stand up and speak out for gender equality and justice.
