Quilting for the Holidays - Instruction by Anita Bowen

Create a special quilted decoration with the traditional log cabin block design using holiday themed fabrics. The project includes two variations, a Christmas Tree skirt or decorative holiday wall hanging. You can also make decorations using your favorite homespun quilting fabrics. Class features techniques and several methods to finish with binding. A confident beginner with sewing experience, knowledge of the use of a sewing machine and rotary cutter and mat, are welcome to apply. Participants will receive a supply list once they are registered. Class meets on Wednesdays, October 2 – November 6 from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. Fee of $40 includes instruction and operating costs.
