Practice the nonjudgmental observation and awareness aspects of mindfulness as you silently create large, mirrored mandala drawings with others in this powerful group art-making experience. Led by board-certified art therapist, emotional wellness coach, and former Richland Library Artist-in-Residence Mary How, MA, ATR-BC. All supplies and equipment provided. Ages 15 and up.
