Meditation Mondays

Begin your week with restorative meditation and mindful journaling at the CMA. Guests are guided through a meditation session by Marlena Crovatt-Bagwell followed by a journaling activity that encourages mindfulness and connection. Meditation takes place in the exhibition Our Own Work, Our Own Way: Ascendant Women Artists in the Johnson Collection. Crovatt-Bagwell began her meditation practice while attending a Rolf Gates Affiliate 200hr Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2017. Her favorite place to meditate is sitting on a river rock with her dog and a watercolor set at her side. Ages 13 and up. Mats and journals provided; guests are welcome to bring their own mats and yoga props. Registration required as space is limited.
