Class participants will explore the use of long leaf pine needles combined with the coiling technique to create non-traditional basket shapes.
Class participants will explore the use of long leaf pine needles combined with the coiling technique to create non-traditional basketry shapes. Instruction will be given on making smooth and/or textured pine needle baskets. This is not a traditional basket making class – no handles and no lids. Come prepared to explore, share and have lots of one-on-one instruction.
