CANCELED: Saturday Roll | Columbia City of Women Bus Tour

Women in Columbia have historically been trailblazers in the fields of health, education, economic opportunity, safety and freedom from violence, civic engagement, and our city’s arts and culture—yet just 4% of monuments celebrate their achievements. Join Historic Columbia on a guided tour of sites associated with 2019 and 2020’s Columbia City of Women honorees that highlights how their work has shaped our shared history and physical landscape.

This tour lasts 90 minutes. Participants will meet at the South Carolina Monument to the Women of the Confederacy, located at the southern border (Pendleton Street) of the State House grounds, before embarking on a bus tour around the city. There will be one step-off location. The tour ends at the front of the State House.

If you have purchased tickets to these events, Historic Columbia will honor all purchases once the event has been rescheduled. If it’s decided an event will not be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued.
