Building With Pictures: A wood building and printmaking workshop with Frank Poor

 701 CCA presents artist in residence, Frank Poor, whose workshop, Building with Pictures, combines the art of creating wood forms and image transferring. Participants are asked to collect images of buildings, people or places that have personal significance and bring them to the workshop. Using inkjet, printing, scanning and transfer techniques, these images will become the surfaces of a simple architectural form. The workshop will be held in the 701 Whaley’s market space, December 13, 10 am – 2 pm. The age limit for the workshop is twelve unless accompanied by a adult. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited!
