Blended Blues in the Skyline Room

If you’re looking to have an amazing way to spend your Wednesday nights, look no further! Blended is Columbia’s monthly Blues & Fusion Dance, which meets on the third Wednesday of every month at Tapp’s Arts Center.

No special equipment or experience required – just a desire to learn and dance! First time is free, and if you bring someone for their first time, you get in free as well!

Doors Open: 6:30pm
0-60 Lesson: 7:00pm (Designed to get you social dance ready in just 30 minutes!)
Dance: 7:30pm-10:30pm

Admission: $7-$10 sliding scale.

Blues and Fusion are two different types of partner dance – both of which focus on connection and musicality. For our organizing team, and our broader community, our dance is about appreciation of Blues & Fusion dance, music, and history, and building a supportive and intentional space for growth and play.

Each dance starts with a short, friendly, low pressure lesson – and then goes into three sets from local and regional DJs which feature both traditional blues and a mix of other genres and styles.
