Beginning Glaze Application - One Day workshop

This workshop will focus on application and use of cone 5 glazes. Basic application methods will be taught include dipping, pouring trailing, brushing, and spraying. masking and resist techniques will be covered. How to minimize common problems will be addressed. Participants should bring 2 or 3 bisque pieces of stoneware or porcelain to test techniques. The pieces should not exceed 6 inches in any direction. Class suitable for ages 15 through adults. Registration fee of $40 includes all supplies, instruction and operating costs. Class size limited to minimum of (2) and maximum of (6).
