Audition for Beautiful: The Carole King Musical

Are you ready to “Feel the Earth Move”, are you looking for peace “Up on the Roof”, or do you look for the neon lights “On Broadway”? Do you groove to the elegance of The Shirelles or doo-wop along with the Drifters? Then “come on, come on and do the locomotion” with us at Town! Join us as we celebrate the musical contributions of Carole King, Gerry Goffin, Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical.

This show is directed by Hans Boeschen, with musical direction by Tom Beard and choreography by Roxanne Rich. Performances run March 8 – 24. Rehearsals are expected to begin the first week of January.

Please join us for auditions on Sunday, December 3 or Monday, December 4 at 7:30 PM.

All roles are open. Experience with instruments is not required. Please prepare 16 – 32 bars of a song in the style of the 50’s and 60’s. Sheet music is preferred, but a speaker is available for recorded accompaniments. Dress ready for movement.
