A Memorial Plaque will be placed on the Segregation Wall in the Frogtown Community to preserve, protect, and share the “Truth” about the wall in Frogtown.
Built circa, 1954, the wall is a landmark and symbol of redlining, built more than 60+ years ago to separate the Original Frogtown Community from Sherwood Forest. Nevertheless, each generation of Frog-Towners has contributed great changes throughout the world in spite of this separation. The profound values of our community have stood together generation after generation reflecting: Family, Friends, Faith, Hope, and Strength Forever.
Coming Together * Sharing Stories * Honoring History
