Mural of the Harmon House

Mural of the Harmon House

This mural adorns the east-facing exterior wall of the Carpet Wholesale building in Lexington. It features an image of a post-antebellum Italiante residence built for the Pickens-Roof Family by Mr. Smithdeal. The house was once a social mecca; it was purchased in 1998 by Mr. & Mrs. Harry O. Harmon, Jr. and removed from the original site.
