Will Bryan, a local artist was chosen out of the first City of Cayce's proposal selection process. "Enjoy the Little Things" had two color options that Bryan showed on his facebook for the locals to vote on. This amazing project was started just before the 2019 Soiree on State & is an enjoyable instagram-able spot for many locals and tourists.
