With the realities of our ever-changing public health emergency, we at One Columbia want to help arts attendees and organizers remain informed and up-to-date with information and resources related to the potential impact of the Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).

In line with keeping our arts community informed, here are list of resources that you can follow as an arts attendee and arts organizer. We hope these sources can offer guidance and tools on how to respond to COVID-19.


Arts Organizers before you go further, please make sure to update any events you have listed on our website, if we (One Columbia) haven’t done so already. Please sign in here and update your event if it is canceled or postponed. We want to accurately reflect the current status of the event and ensure everyone is informed during this emergency. Thanks!

Our friends at the FreeTimes are currently keeping an up-to-date list on canceled events around the Midlands Area. Follow the link here, for information on events impacted the coronavirus outbreak. Also for arts attendees, always reach to your event organizers some may have protocols and guidelines on how to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak.

South Carolina Arts Commission is an invaluable resource to the state’s creative community. Already they have begun sharing information about canceled Arts Commission events and tips on how the arts community should respond to COVID-19. Plus follow SC Arts Hub for the most up-to-date information on resources to combat the impacts of COVID-19

Follow South Art’s ArtsReady initiative, where arts organizers can find tips and advice on a wide-array of issues concerning public health and safety from temporary closures to preparing facilities, from cancellation announcements and to providing support for volunteers in line with the WHO guidelines on mass gatherings.
