The South Carolina State Museum presents, Building a Universe, a new art exhibit featuring original work from 16 South Carolina artists whose work reflects the concept of the Universe, astronomy or science in either a very direct or conceptual way. In addition to this exhibit, additional site-specific work included in this project can be found in public spaces throughout the museum, on the front grounds and in the new planetarium lobby.
