What goes into planning and constructing a community? Who does the work? How is the work done? How does historic preservation balance with structural changes in a community? These are just a few topics for this panel discussion as we find out what building a community really looks like from the early stages of drafting plans to later considerations such as how to preserve the design and history of a community while serving the changing needs of the people living in it. Cash bar.
