This is a 2 session workshop on Glazing fundamentals and ways to explore. Learn fundamentals of dipping, pouring and decorating with glazes. Explore decoration possibilities with resist techniques, sponging, etching and more. We will discuss how to avoid glaze problems such as crawling and pinholes. Participants should bring 2 -3 pieces from cone 5 or cone 6 stoneware clay. Minimum of 4 in class and maximum of 10. Registration fee of $40 Classes will be held at Columbia Art Center, 1227 Taylor Street.
