Join us for a Halloween style RAKU workshop with plenty of flame to satisfy all of your Halloween needs and desires.  Workshop consists of pre-workshop instruction in preparing pottery for raku as well as on-site instruction.  Pre-workshop instructions can be obtained from either the Art Center, City of Columbia, or Southern Pottery.  On-site instruction consists of discussion of RAKU and alternative firing methods, glazing application, horsehair applications and hands-on for participants.  Registration fee is $85 and is due by October 12, 2014.  There is a limit of 12 hands-on participants.  Contact us for more information.
