This is a silent auction of mostly art items though there will be gift certificates for music lessons, massage, art classes, restaurants, etc.  

The chosen charity is the Nancy K. Perry Children's Shelter.  This organization has been serving the needs of children since 1972 and is a full time residential home that provides much needed love and shelter to these children affected by physical, sexual abuse and neglect/trauma.  My Counseling class at South University is hosting this event and will be held at Best Mattress at 2930 Devine Street (next to Za's Pizza).  The event is from 6-8.  There will be a lot of artists participating with most painting on an 8 x 10 wood board being provided to the artist.  There will be a drawing at the end of the event for the framing (at the event) of 10 of these boards.  

Musical entertainment will be provided by Chase Asmer and there will be wine and light appetizers served.
