A Mother’s love has traditionally been equated with nurture and care from our birth mother. But there are so many variations on that long held theme. Nurture comes from both genders, and not only for our own children, but also for other children who are special to us, as well as family members and friends who have been that constant presence along life’s journey. And we certainly can’t forget the parents of our animal children!
Gallery West is celebrating “Mothers” in all the beautiful and important ways that love is manifested. Join us for a special evening featuring hand crafted chocolates by our own Sugar Fairy and Confections Artist, Noelle Almond of Desserts by Noelle, paired with lovely wines and beverages.
In addition to our broad selection of jewelry from all over the world, four local jewelers will be set up in the exhibition galleries with extra offerings of beautiful jewelry to browse and shop.
Participating jewelers include:
Pat Callahan – Unusual and beautiful juxtaposition of found objects, metals, pearls, beads and buttons.
Libby Coynor – Simple beauty in meticulously made sterling silver necklaces, earrings and bangle bracelets with subtle markings and organic shapes.
Susan Robertson – Colorful and classy handmade glass beads worked into necklaces, bracelets and earrings that are just so fun.
J.B. Marple – Antique coins from all over the world beautifully fashioned into earrings, bracelets and necklaces.
