Spraying glaze offers unique opportunities for glaze effects using cone five glazes. Each student will glaze up to 3 pieces no larger than 6 inches each. The class will cover basic spraying application, blending/fading colors, and masking methods to create more complex surface designs. Proper equipment use and safety procedures will be covered.
• Glazes and spraying equipment will be supplied.
• Students will need to bring up to 3 bisqued pieces that can be fired at cone 5.
• Students may want to bring brushes, trailers, stencils, or some other personal glaze application tools to enhance your surface.
