Columbia, SC—The Mothers, Trustus’ award-winning improv and sketch comedy group, will be hosting their next improv show, “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Improv,” on Sunday, December 4th at 7 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 at the Trustus Side Door Theatre (520 Lady Street, Columbia, SC) and tickets for the show are $5.
The Mothers, who have won The Free Times’ Best of Columbia prize for “Best Improv or Comedy Group” for the last three years running, are excited to present this holiday—or holiday-ish, as improv doesn’t come with guarantees—show as their closing show for the calendar year. They’ll be back in February with a sketch show to continue their seventh season, but this is your last chance to catch pre-holiday improv at Trustus’ newly-reopened Side Door Theatre.
For the first time, presale tickets are available—you can visit the Mothers page at this link to purchase tickets. Tickets will also be sold at the door, although attendees are encouraged to buy tickets beforehand, as the group’s shows tend to sell out quickly.
For more information, reach out to The Mothers on Instagram or Facebook or email motherscomedysc@gmail.com.
Tickets are $5 and are available online at this link or at the door–please note that this is a cozy theater, and tickets go fast, so attendees are encouraged to buy tickets beforehand!
