Stomp Out Crime Community Outreach

Presented by Hush No More, Rediscover Me, Vision of Women, Restoration & Purpose for Women, My Sister's Voice, She Did That Community Advocate Foundation at Charles W. Johnson Stadium

We are excited and eager this year because HUSH No MoreRediscover MeVision of WomenRestoration & Purpose for WomenMy Sister’s Voice, and She Did That Community Advocate Foundation are partnering during National Crime Victims Week 2022. Together we are hosting a major event to reduce crimes in our community and to provide resources that support Survivors and their families. The Stomp Out Crime Community Outreach will be held on April 30, from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. This free event will provide FREE food, clothes, resources, HIV testing, COVID Vaccines and testing, Kid fingerprinting, counseling, and personal safety alarms. We will also have a step show featuring local youth, sororities, and fraternities’ step teams, entertainment, community nonprofit organizations, counselors, advocates, various Police Departments, Government Agencies, community politicians and leaders, vendors, and a Survivors Tribute. Music by DJ SubZero. All ages and demographics are welcome; however, we are targeting youth and adults ages 18-24 and their parents. Our goal is to raise awareness, support Survivors and their families, as well as capture attention of adults ages 18-24 because they are at a higher risk of being victims of a crime. Remember that you and your family are never alone.

This is an outdoor seating event due to COVID! Masks are mandatory. Bring your lawn chairs and get comfortable for the show!
