sh Salon's Spring Fling

Presented by Shamelessly Hot at Frame of Mind

For the spring 2016 sh Salon, we are featuring three beautiful performers from Richmond Virginia and a local chef in our new format.

Deanna Danger is an international performance artist skilled in many genres, based in Richmond, VA and is known as “The Warrior of Burlesque.”

Saffron Soleil is a burlesque performer, model, and artist based in Richmond, Virginia. She is an advocate for plus size models and body positive influence, as well as more diversity and representation of People Of Color in media and arts.

Jo’Rie Tigerlily is a recent graduate of Deanna Danger’s Boom Boom Basics Burlesque and Performing Arts Studio and has a strong background in music, theater, and dance. This ferocious flower is on the prowl to be the fiercest tease of them all!

But here is where we are turning it up a notch for 2016. Along with the performers, we are highlighting local chefs/restaurants. Thats right, we are partnering with some of the best talent in the culinary fields here in Columbia SC. We are applying the same concept to them that we do to our performers; they cook what they absolutely love to cook (it may be on a menu somewhere, it may not be) and then they tell you why they do what they do (what makes them tick and so on). For the Spring salon we are pleased to announce that Rhett Elliott of WAR MOUTH will be on hand with some mind blowing nummies. This is your chance to meet the brains behind the food, hear about what he cooked and why, and learn just a little about what makes Rhett Elliott tic.

Pertinents:

Doors open at 7:45, event starts promptly at 8.

Tickets are $50, includes show, food, and drink.

Tickets can be purchased at Frame of Mind at 140 State Street prior to the show. The tickets are limited availability, so we suggest you get them as fast you as can (thus “day of” tickets almost never exist).

Salon: a gathering of people under the roof of an inspiring host, held partly to amuse one another and partly to refine the taste and increase the knowledge of the participants through conversation. These gatherings often consciously followed Horace’s definition of the aims of poetry, “either to please or to educate”.
