Dollar Sunday | The Museum of the Reconstruction Era

Presented by Historic Columbia at The Museum of the Reconstruction Era at the Woodrow Wilson Family Home

A tradition returns as residents of Richland and Lexington counties are once again invited to tour one of Historic Columbia’s house museums for just $1 on third Sunday of the month! This month, visit The Museum of the Reconstruction Era, the nation’s only museum dedicated to interpreting the post-Civil War Reconstruction period and South Carolina’s only remaining presidential site.
Self-guided tours are offered from 1-4 p.m. Purchase admission at The Museum of the Reconstruction Era or at the Gift Shop at Robert Mills, located at 1616 Blanding Street. Tickets are only $1 for Richland and Lexington County residents with a valid ID. General admission prices apply to all other properties.

Historic Columbia will continue to require visitors and staff to follow the protocols we have established that are recommended by the CDC, including wearing a mask, social distancing, and limiting capacity. It is our top priority to maintain a safe environment for our community, and we do not intend to change our current practices until it has been determined that it is safe to do so.
