Since the Syrian refugee crisis has reached a more critical level and continues to gain exposure in the media, Americans have become frightened. Are we opening our doors to potential danger? Can our country handle the impact of a significant increase to its population? Fear is understandable.
Unfortunately, it prevents some of us from seeing the full picture.
There are two sides to every story, and this side of the story is intended to show you what a day in the life was, and now IS, for a Syrian refugee.
