This documentary follows the collaborative “Move Around Series” pioneered by the Columbia Museum of Art that brought together i am art, LLC, The Johnson Company, Davon Bush, and Yuhas and Dancers for two nights of dance and partnership.

These dance companies created work inspired by “Kaitlin and Martin,” a wooden sculpture by Bob Trotman, and “Speak No,” a powerful self-portrait by Michaela Pilar Brown.

These individual works were then woven together and shown in front of the Columbia Museum of Art to encourage the community to engage with the dancers as well as with the art inside.

The documentary “Triple R Process + Movement,” shot by Jai-Anna Carter shows the creation process of each company as well as their collaborative efforts when piecing the work together.

This premiere will feature a Q and A panel discussion after the showing with the artist, choreographers and videographer.
