Calling all parents of children ages 6 to 12. Here’s a fun DIY event you don’t want to miss!
Could your child use a timeout to channel his or her energy into a sensory-driven activity? Why not sign him or her up for our do-it-yourself (DIY) workshop? Wicks + Scents staff will provide step-by-step instructions on how to make colorful and fun-shaped wax melts fragranced with kid-approved scents.
Each child will:
– choose one fragrance oil and one dye to scent and color his or her wax cubes
– make 12 animal-shaped wax cubes from available molds
– enjoy games while their wax cubes set
– color and sign one label card for packaging the wax cubes
– receive a complimentary goodie bag for participation
Other:
– This DIY workshop will last approximately 75 minutes.
– It is designed for children ages 6 to 12.
– A parent must be present and participate in the workshop.
– Cancellations must be made 48 hours (two days) in advance.

Six general admission tickets will available for purchase. The cost to attend is $19.99 for one parent and one child and $29.99 for one parent and two children. The cost covers materials and supplies for each participant to make and dye 12 scented, animal-shaped wax melts. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tickets can be purchased until Friday, February 7, 2020, at 11:59 PM ET.
