Learn how to crochet “plarn” (plastic yarn) to create portable sleeping mats for the homeless as part of Operation Bedroll. Materials will be provided. Students will need to bring a size “Q” crochet hook. This is part of a collaborative effort to provide portable sleeping mats to the almost 200 chronically homeless in the Midlands Area. Come and enjoy learning while doing something worthwhile to give back to the community. Class size limited to minimum of (3) and maximum of (15). There is no fee to register for this workshop but you need to be registered.
