Grab your acoustic instrument and jam out at the South Carolina State Museum tonight from 6 – 8 p.m. On the last Tuesday of every month (through January 2016), the public is invited to bring their personal acoustic instruments and jam out with members of the South Carolina Bluegrass and Traditional Music Association inside the Carolina Makers exhibition gallery. The jam sessions are included with general admission (two for $10) or museum membership.  The entire museum is open during Second Shift Twosday, which takes place every Tuesday evening from 5 – 8 p.m. (Observatory is open until 10 p.m.)  Visit scmuseum.org to learn more.
