It's been said that one picture is worth a thousand words. Since the month of May is National Photography Month, the Trenholm Artists Guild will continue to celebrate the talents of its artists by including additional photographers in the May "Easel Works" show.

Harold Blackwood, Nancy Washington, Ship Willits, Robert Carlsson, and Sean McGuiness will be the featured photographers in the May 7th, First Thursday's on Main show at CertusBank.

Simon Graham (Woodcarver) and Valerie LaMotte (Metal Works) will also be available to demonstrate the process of making their 3-D artistic creations.

There will be another wonderful live performance by singer Chris Reed beginning at 6:30pm.

And once again, AboutFace from the Columbia Museum of Art will be out demonstrating their talents in painting and sketching.

If you have yet to see the super-sized "Media Wall Show" you will not want to miss out on this spectacular show of photography. So, come on out to the May 7th First Thursdays on Main and make it down to the 1200 Block. Lots of art and live music, and plenty of good friends to share the evening with.
