The South Carolina State Museum is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Hubble Space Telescope from 5 – 10 p.m. on Friday, April 24. This family-friendly event will honor the Hubble Space Telescope’s contributions to science as well as International Astronomy Day, a global day dedicated to building awareness and excitement of astronomy. The event will feature live streaming from the Smithsonian’s Air and Space Museum, sidewalk astronomy, evening observing, hands-on activities and more. Tickets are $5 per person and free for museum members.
