Stevie Wonder is undoubtedly one of the most prolific, successful, and influential artists of the 20th century, with 20 number one hits and 22 Grammy Awards. His songs have been covered in just about every genre imaginable — a testament to his genius. Renowned jazz pianist and bandleader Noel Freidline returns to the CMA with featured vocalists Maria Howell (The Color Purple, Hidden Figures, The Hunger Games) and Adam McKnight (Elton John, Maroon 5), guitarist Eric Brice (Chaka Kahn, Peabo Bryson, Stephanie Mills), and saxophonist Juan Rollan (Billy Cobham, Al Green).
The Baker & Baker series is devoted to highlighting diverse musical performances, ranging from Baroque music with harpsichords to avant-garde music played with nontraditional materials, and showcases musical excellence in its many forms.
