Far from being a dying medium, audio is booming with a resurgence of community radio and the increasing popularity and accessibility of podcasting.

In this audio storytelling workshop you will learn and practice the different styles used for audio storytelling, writing and interviewing skills, audio recording and editing with free open source software, and IGLs recording studio (AudioLab). All participants will conceive, create and distribute an audio story of their own that can become the basis of a new podcast or contribute to IGLs new community radio station programming.
Materials included. Meets once a week for four weeks. Participants ages 16 years and older are welcome to sign up!
