Historic Windows Restoration Workshop

Historic Columbia, Shenandoah Restorations Inc. and the Committee for the Restoration and Beautification of Randolph Cemetery will hold a hands-on window restoration workshop at the Debruhl-Marshall House and Thompson Cottage. The workshop, led by historic preservation professionals Sean Stucker, director of facilities at Historic Columbia, and Todd Selke, vice president of Shenandoah Restoration Inc., will begin with an instructional discussion at the Debruhl-Marshall House to learn about the reasons to restore historic windows and techniques for doing so. Then, participants will move three blocks to Thompson Cottage for refreshments and the hands-on portion of the day, learning how to restore an historic window sash.
