McKissick Mixer: 2018 SC Folk Heritage Awards

McKissick Museum presents its first McKissick Mixer of 2018, celebrating this year’s recipients of the Jean Laney Harris Folk Heritage Awards. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from each recipient, and enjoy musical performances by the Blackville Community Choir, Deacon James Garfield Smalls & friends, and J. Michael King. Sweetgrass baskets by Henrietta Snype will be on display and for sale. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience the monumental achievements of these artists and advocates.

McKissick Mixers are free for Museum Members and $5 for the General Public. Light refreshments will be served.
