Indie Grits Festival’s closing event will feature incredible live music, delicious community food vendors, and will be entirely FREE ADMISSION for all!
Hosted by resident Hip Hop hero, Fat Rat Da Czar, Sunday Dinner brings out a grade-A block party to close out the festival right. The unique blues of Amythyst Kiah headlines, supported by the Grammy Award winning folk star and founder of the Carolina Chocolate Drops, Dom Flemons. This packed afternoon opens with the top-shelf jazz and hip hop stylings of The Beast out of Durham, NC.
As well, Indie Bits will be running an arcade in the 4005 Monticello Rd location during the event from 1-5pm. Here’s your chance to check out the latest local and regional independent video games!
Come, grab some delicious grub from local vendors, and enjoy a Sunday the only way anyone should–with friends, food, music, and unmistakably buoyant vibes.
