Paula Grookett lives and paints in Northeast Columbia. She began painting in 1998 after retiring from a career in public school education. She has studied under Judi Betts, Maggie Hoybach, Mary Whyte and nationally known colored pencil artist, Ann Kullberg. She works in watercolor, acrylic, oil and colored pencil. Her work may be seen at the Village Artists Gallery in the Village at Sandhill.
