Rooted in the ancient Himalayan yoga tradition, this intensive four-week course combines Hatha, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, and Anatomy, offering a complete foundation for both self-development and professional teaching.

Nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, our ashram provides an authentic, nurturing environment where spiritual growth and holistic well-being unfold naturally. At the Himalayan Yog Ashram, we invite you to embark on a life-changing 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) in the sacred town of Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga. Set amidst the lush Himalayan foothills overlooking the Ganges, our ashram provides the perfect sanctuary to deepen your practice, connect with your inner self, and experience yoga as a complete way of living — body, mind, and soul.   Course Highlights

Traditional Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga – Learn proper alignment, adjustment, and sequencing under the guidance of experienced Indian and international teachers.

Pranayama (Breathwork) – Experience the depth of yogic breathing practices that calm the mind, balance energy, and purify the system.

Meditation & Mindfulness – Cultivate inner awareness and presence through daily guided meditations and mantra chanting.

Yoga Philosophy – Study the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita, and the principles of yogic living from authentic sources.
