Come and learn how to make Komekomi ornaments! Komekomi was developed in the 18th century in Japan as a doll-making technique. Komekomi literally means “to tuck into a groove.” In this workshop, students will this technique to create decorative holiday ornaments. This class will be taught by Yevheniia Bazaliy. This workshop will take place Saturday, Nov.5, from 10 am-Noon at the Columbia Art Center at 1227 Taylor St.
