Join Dr. Scott Weiss and the USC Wind Ensemble for a captivating first concert of the 2018-2019 season! The University of South Carolina welcomes guest artist Rex Richardson to the Koger Center. A virtuosic trumpet player in both the classical and jazz fields, Richardson has been described by DownBeat Magazine as having “the power, range and flexibility to rival Freddie Hubbard and Woody Shaw”.
