Throwing the Mud

This pottery wheel class is for youth ages 10-14 who want to learn to throw pottery on a wheel.  Some of the skills taught will be: centering clay; throwing shapes; trimming and glazing.  Maximum number of students is (6) per session. Class runs for 6 weeks and meets on Thursdays 4:30-6:30pm.  Registration fee of $90 covers instruction and operational costs.  For information contact Bohumila Augustinova at bohumila.augustinova@columbiasc.gov
