This exhibition highlights and examines the glorious (and not so glorious) parts of being a woman.
It is a collection of meaningful works by 18 local artists and poets that celebrates the love, the struggle, pain, hope and art of being a woman.
These female-identifying artists remind us of the challenges women face when it comes to equality, empowerment, family, gender roles and self-expression through art. Works in this collection range from oil and acrylic paintings, to ceramic sculpture, creative dance, storytelling and poetry.
