This program allows for us to raise our own leaders and hopefully influence them to stay in South Carolina and use their considerable energy to make our state the best it can be. The application is comprised of a personal statement and a project proposal that participants want to complete in their own communities. Our hope is that the Collective will build on itself, each year adding more energy to the Midlands and across the state. Applications are available on our webpage go.sc.edu/scyc
