Sandlapper Singers present A Worldly Perspective

Leave your passport at home and experience the world without leaving the Midlands! As they kick off their 2017-2018 season, the Sandlapper Singers will present world music that will take you on a journey across the history of music in both time and geography. Back at home, they will celebrate the African-American spiritual and its profound influence on American choral music. This concert will prove that in all cultures, music is a universal language.

“A Worldly Perspective” will be performed at Kathwood Baptist Church in Columbia on Thursday, October 5 at 7:30pm, and at Washington Street United Methodist Church in Columbia on Friday October 6 at 7:30pm.
